Cass alumna exhibits at Designersblock for London Design Festival

Cass graduate Aysha Shah is exhibiting in the ARTS THREAD section of Designersblock. Aysha is one of over 40 international art and design graduates selected for the show during the London Design Festival.
BA Furniture and Product Design alumna, Aysha will be exhibiting her Nature Table which she describes as her way of "exploring nature through the craft of furniture making and light". She has combined furniture making techniques of the past with modern day laser and LED technology. The surface of these laser etched decorative tables glow from a light source hidden within.
Designersblock Edition 18 takes place September 24-27 2015 at Bargehouse, Oxo Tower Wharf as part of the festival's new Bankside Design District, see more details.
