Faculty of Architecture and Spatial Design

The internationally renowned Faculty of Architecture and Spatial Design aims to give students the practical skills and confidence needed to be respected professionals and responsible citizens.

Graduates go on to work as architects, architectural assistants or interior designers and in related fields of research, journalism and procurement.

Teaching staff come from some of London’s best practices and combine experimentation and research with practical experience.

The faculty enjoys close links with the people and organisations that shape London. Our Live Projects happen locally and around the world in places such as Cuba, India, China and Iran.

Students have won many national and international competitions. Colin Wharry was one of Building Design’s class of 2009; Matthew Dalziel received a commendation from the Architecture Foundation and Priscilla Fernandes won the Architecture Student Design Award 2009.
