We are truly delighted that our summer school programme is growing in size and popularity every year. As such the number of requests from individual institutions for us to accommodate group booking rate have been received.

How to Make a Group Booking
If you would like to arrange a group booking please contact Lucy Hall, summer school co-coordinator.
We can either provide you with a discount code to pass onto your students, which will allow them to book and pay individually for their summer school course online using an allocated discount code.
Alternatively, we can arrange to invoice your institution for a specified number of student places.
Accommodation
Please note: our accommodation costs are fixed at a specially negotiated rate with our provider. As such we are not able to offer any discounts on accommodation costs.
Accommodation places are limited and if you are looking to book for a group please try to contact us early so that we can ensure enough places are available.

Payment Information
There are three ways you can pay as a group, either by card (online) or via invoice request
Where possible, we recommend payment by credit/debit card online. This avoids the payment of bank charges and speeds up the registration process.
