STUDENT LED TEACHING AWARDS

For the first time in the history of our institution, students are going to have a way of saying “thank you” to lecturers for the amazing work they are doing and will continue to do.  We are introducing the “Student Led Teaching Awards” (S.L.T.A) aimed at acknowledging outstanding teaching, with you rewarding those who do it.

The awards will be in 6 different categories:

1. Overall Best Teacher
2. Most Supportive Personal Academic Adviser (PAA)
3. Innovative Teacher
4. Best Feedback
5. Most Inspiration/Passion for Subject
6. Administration / Support Staff Award.

What we hope to achieve with this new initiative is a London Metropolitan University with a unique educational community, where quality education will be the benchmark of our academic journey.

Nominate a member of staff in your faculty who fits the above stated categories.

For more information on how to get involved please contact the Students’ Union, on su@londonmet.ac.uk, or speak to your course StAR.
