Creative Writing - Pen to Paper

Pen to Paper: An Introduction to Creative Writing

Tuesday 18 October 2011- Tuesday 22 November 2011

Have you always wanted to write but don’t know where to begin? If you would like to start writing and learn about stories, poems or memoir writing, then this popular short course at London Metropolitan University is for you. Over six weekly sessions of two hours each, we will give you lots of starting points and ideas to create your own pieces, a friendly atmosphere to share your works-in-progress, and suggestions for further reading and study.

There are no exams and no grades, and no previous experience is required. All you need is pen and paper and a willingness to find out what starting creative writing is all about.

The tutor is a published writer and a lecturer in creative writing at London Metropolitan University.
