Research Interests
The cross-cultural study of subjective well-being, optimal experience (flow), and performance as a function of personality structures and processes.
Learning outcomes as a function of students' motivation, metacognition, and learning environment.
Quantitative research methods (in particular, multilevel and structural equation modelling).
