Getting to London
Once in London you can travel to the conference and hotels using the underground railway (Tube), buses or black cab and private-hire taxis. For convenience and value the Tube is a good method of transport around London. Both Holloway Road tube station, near London Metrolpolitan University, and Russell Square station, near the hotels listed on this web site, are on the Piccadilly Line. This is the dark blue line on the London Underground Railway Map: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/pdfdocs/colormap.pdf

The Transport for London web site has details about the various different means of transport around London

The full address of the conference venue is:
London Metropolitan University (North Campus),
166/220 Holloway Road,
London.
N7 8EA
U.K.

On the streetmap.co.uk web site there is a map showing the University location.
As you can see on this map there is another tube station (shown by this symbol Underground symbol) at the bottom of Holloway Road called Highbury & Islington, on the Vicoria Line (light blue), so if there is any problem with the Piccadilly Line you could use this station instead (it is a good 10 minutes walk from the University though.)

This map shows the location of Arcade Hall accommodation

This map shows the location of Russell Square for the hotels

(A link to the accommodation details is at the bottom of this page.)
