Online directories of Higher Education and related institutions likely to be useful to the higher education community.

• Association of Canadian Universities and Colleges (AUCC) is a single stop online source for complete up-to-date information on Candaian Higher Education.
• Australian Universities web servers has links to all higher education institutions in Australia and a link to a description of individual universities provided by the Australian Vice-Chancellors Committee.
• Australian Technical and Further Education (TAFE) course guides, general information and links to TAFE insitutions can be found by searching through the appropriate links at this site.
• consult-ed (formerly IT Source) is a guide to suppliers of all forms of Information Technology and related products and services to the Higher and Further Education Sector in the UK.
• Directory of Higher Education is a comprehensive directory, most with web links, of higher education institutions world-wide compiled by Educause. Alphabetical search is by location or by organisation name. If you cannot find what you want here try College and University Home Pages.
• jobs.ac.uk is the official recruitment website for UK Higher and Further Education. An easy to use jobsite updated daily.
• Scholarstuff.com is a directory of links to information about undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Universities worldwide. The Net Guide links takes one to links on a range of topics such as test preparation and teaching resources.
• SEDA Networks Directory The primary purpose of the SEDA (Staff & Educational Development Association , UK) Networks Directory is to enable those people running teaching and learning networks to contact and support each other, and share best practice in the organisation and maintenance of networks.
• U 101 College Search contains links to over 2000 college and university web sites in North America.
• UK Higher Education, Further Education and Research Sites are visual sensitive maps constructed and maintained by the University of Wolverhampton. The Higher Education map can be searched by topics. The University also maintains an alphabetical list of UK Universities and Colleges with links. Further UK directories are available at Tagish which includes direct links to the university departments and centres.
• UK Higher Education & Research Libraries provides links to universities, university colleges, and institutes and colleges of higher education in the UK.
• US Higher Education contains a directory, with links, to universities and community colleges in the US, which can be searched alphabetically by name or by state. It is maintained by the University of Texas.
