National Scholarship Programme

If you are starting your studies at London Met University on an undergraduate degree in 2012 you may be entitled to additional financial support in the form of a scholarship worth £6, 000 over the course of your studies. The National Scholarship Programme (NSP), part funded by the government and part funded by the university, will provide 188 scholarships for students from low-income backgrounds.

As the champions of affordable quality education, this could mean a three year degree at London Metropolitan University could cost as little as £12,300 for a social science degree subject or £16,800 for a science discipline for example compared to the £27,000 you might pay at many other UK Universities.

How will the scholarship be awarded?

The scholarships will be awarded across all subject areas, however the allocation of these scholarships is not automatic, but will be subject to means testing, a short application statement and other criteria found below.
