1. How can I pay for tuition fees?
|
- The University accepts payment by cheque, banker's draft, cash, bank transfer, credit or debit card. This information will be given when you have been accepted onto a course.

2. Can I pay a deposit to secure my place on the English language course?
|
- No. We do not accept deposits for any of the English courses. You need to pay in full before the start of the course to secure your place.
|
| 3. Can I pay by instalments for the English language courses? |
- No. Unfortunately, you would need to pay the full fee before the start of the course.
- However, you can pay the tuition fee in instalments for the International Foundation Programme, Junior Year Abroad, Pre-Masters programme and other degree programmes in the University.

| 4. Do I get a refund if my visa application is rejected? |
- Yes, you will receive a full refund if you provide evidence from the British Embassy that your visa application was rejected.

| 5. Do I get a some of the tuition fee refunded if I am late for the enrolment due to circumstances beyond my control (eg visa arrived late, could not book an earlier flight)? |
- No. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they have allowed enough time for preparation to the UK.

| 6. If I am from a visa-national country, will the University be able to help me with my visa application to the UK? |
- It is the responsibility of the student to apply for their visa to the UK and arrive in the UK on time to start their course. The University will provide documents such as an offer letter and confirmation letter of payment to assist visa application.

| 7. What is a linked offer? |
- A linked offer is given to students who have been offered a place in the University conditional upon improving their level of English on our Academic English courses.

8. Do I still have to pass the Academic English course even though I have an unconditional linked offer to my degree programme?
|
- Yes. You would need to still fulfil all the requirements for passing the Academic English Programme. The unconditional linked offer is given for visa purposes. This is because the British Embassy does not issue student visas for courses less than six months.
