Tutors who teach our business clients
- ELS only employs teaching staff who meet the rigorous recruitment criteria expected of a university. Tutors are employed on part-time lecturer contracts and teach on a range of language courses including the University's Open Language Programme.
- All tutors are degree-qualified with specific language teaching qualifications and at least four years' experience in teaching in the corporate sector.
- We work very closely with our team of tutors to get regular feedback on the client's progress, to discuss issues and ensure courses match client's expectations.
It is university policy that tutors are observed and this is carried out during our programmes.
