Level 2 & 3
Students with previous architectural or design experience may apply for entry into level 2&3.
Full time applicants should apply through UCAS @ www.ucas.co.uk and enter the institution code L68 and the course code;
K100 BA Architecture (RIBA I)
W250 BA Interior Architecture and Design
K101 BA Architectural Studies

Entry requirements
To enter the BA course’s at this level applicants must have transcripts from previous study (where applicable) as well as the standard university requirements.
GCSE grade C in English Language or key skills qualification level 3 or equivalent. Some courses may additionally require GCSE grade C in Mathematics or equivalent.

Your Interview
Once your UCAS form has been assessed by the admissions tutor you may be asked to attend an interview.
Applicants must bring a portfolio of art, design or other work so we can asses your creative potential.
It should show;
Clear ideas and development
Architectural approach
Conceptual thinking
Design abilities
Applicants to level 2 & 3 will be expected to submit a portfolio of their work to date; but also unfinished work, drawings, sketches, photographs and independent interests. Evidence of full-time architectural study is essential. Students entering the Third Year must be registered for 120 credits and must attend a full time study to be eligible for RIBA/ARB part 1. It is worthwhile including examples of work carried out in an architectural practice as the interviewer may wish to look at them. Transcripts must be provided with portfolio or at Interview.
