UNITE is an independent organisation that offers a wide choice of accommodation in London for students. A number of rooms are available specifically to London Metropolitan University students in all Unite properties.
Woodland Court is a brand new property by Unite opening in September 2010. Located within a 15 minutes walk from the University's North Campus, this hall stands next to the beautiful Caledonian Park, and is just across the street from Islington Tennis Centre. The location is ideal for anybody looking for a quiet area to live in, and yet be within a short juourney away from Central London.

Woodland Court offers a range of ensuite rooms in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 bed flats as well as studios, so you can share a flat with your friends or live independently. All rooms have three-quarter size beds and some rooms on the upper floors have views over London and Caledonian Park. The property has an onsite laundry, bike storage, common room, outside courtyard seating and all your utility bills, in-room Internet access and contents insurance are included in the price.

- Single En-suite Rooms from £219 per week for 51 weeks contract
- Single Studios from £259 per week for 51 weeks contract
Deposits and Other Charges:
- A refundable deposit of £250 is taken upon receipt of a signed tenancy agreement.
- A late fee of £25 + VAT is charged for any missed or late payment. If payment is not received on time, both resident and their guarantor will be notified.
- Signing up to pay by instalments will attract a £99 administrative charge.
