Victoria Hall Southwark (Dashwood Studios) is a purpose built modern complex situated near the Elephant & Castle tube station, just a few minutes travel from London Metropolitan University Campuses!

Students can choose from five types of studios: Standard, Standard Plus, Premium, Premium Plus and Deluxe, each with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer together with a spacious dining area. By staying with Victoria Hall, students benefit from a fully inclusive rent as all utilities including a 10 MB Internet are covered by the rent - so there are no extra payments or hidden costs for you. At Dashwood Studios you will find a TV room and a study room on each floor, together with a very popular student hub on the ground floor and beautifully designed roof terraces with stunning views of some of London's landmarks. Dashwood Studios has many comfortable areas for you to socialise in and meet other students.

Door entry and intercom systems ensure students safety, with CCTV cameras lending additional support. We also have a friendly team of staff and caretakers always happy to lend assistance.
