Pure Highbury is a 400-bed residence. This is a fully-serviced residence with a building manager overseeing day-to-day management, onsite maintenance and housekeeping teams. The residence offers a choice of either study-bed or studio rooms at all inclusive rents.
An abundance of communal kitchens, lounges and shared space makes Pure Highbury a social home where students can really settle in and get to know one another.

Rates for the current academic year are from £195 per person per week and this is inclusive of all utility bills and the internet access.
For the 2013/2014 academic year the room rates are as follows:
- Standard study-bed – from £199 pp/pw
- Superior study-bed – from £205 pp/pw
- Deluxe Study-bed – from £215 pp/pw
- Studio – from £255 pp/pw
- Couple room – from £305 per room/pw
All rates are inclusive of
- 10mb internet access
- All bills (water, lights and electricity)

Pure Highbury offer flexible contracts for the 2013/2014 academic year.
Check -in dates for the 2013/2014 academic year are 09th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th September 2013. Contracts are for 51 weeks, or we can offer 43 weeks with an additional £10 per week.
At the time of booking you will be required to pay a booking fee of £400 which is then turned into your damage deposit once you have checked in.
Accommodation payments made in full will receive a 3% discount or we can offer a 3 instalment payment schedule.
