Tufnell Park is a stylish student accommodation developed by Opal located minutes from Tufnell Park tube station on the Northern line. Each student bedroom has a large fitted study desk, ample storage, timer controlled heating and internet point (with free broadband connection), as well as modern fire doors and safety equipment. All bedrooms are en-suite, generally in cluster flats of four or five.
The hall is within walking distance to the North Campus and Moorgate building (City Campus) is also within easy reach with direct transportation link. You will have direct access to central London too via the Northern line. There are shops, restaurants, bars as well as a leisure centre within the area.

Academic Year 2011-12 (Standard Price)

Important Notes:
- Unless stated otherwise, all tenancies are for 51 weeks
- DISCOUNTED PRICE: Price is discounted if full year's rent is paid in advance. Check Opal website for details.
- Upon booking you will be required to pay an Advance Rent Payment of two weeks rent – this amount is included in the prices quoted.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the initial booking and before 1 August 2011, the Advance Rent Payment will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations after the 14 day period will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the advanced rent payment. If you cancel after 1 August 2011 you will be liable for the full annual rent for the tenancy period. Your booking is also covered by the distance selling regulations.
- Rent can be paid by Credit / Debit Card mandate (please note payment by credit card will attract an additional charge of 1.5%)
- The Instalment option is only available to students who can provide a UK Guarantor (Excluding NI) who is approved by Opal based on the criteria detailed in the booking pack. Students unable to provide an approved British Guarantor will be required to pay annually in advance.
- For all other information and details of any offers and facilities within the accommodation, please refer to the Information Pack or contact the hall management.
- Any missed payment will attract a £30 late fee if paid within a week. After the first week, this charge goes up to £60. Please note that this is strictly enforced.
- If the resident fails to make payment as per the contract terms, they and their guarantor will be pursued through legal channels for the owed monies.
