Health and Well-being Week

Monday 16 – Friday 20 November, 12-2pm at The Junction, Tower Building

The Fitness and Recreation Service have organised the Health and Wellbeing Week to get both students and staff of London Metropolitan University thinking about how they treat themselves. There will be stalls to help you know how fit and healthy you are and we will be encouraging students and staff to discover new ways to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and state of mind.

Come along Monday 16 – Friday 20 November, 12-2pm to The Junction, Tower Building to find out how to keep in good physical, mental and general health. A variety of the University’s services and external exhibitors will be at the event to provide advice and information so come and see us.  

We will also be launching their additional recreational activities on offer including chess, golf, photography, swimming and horse riding (more details to follow).

Free gym taster sessions every day from 9am - 12pm, Monday 16 - Friday 20 November 

Come and discover the facilities available; full use of machines from cardiovascular to weights; de-stress and get fit!
